Riyadh – Mubasher: United Electronics Company (eXtra) named Yousef Ali Zaid Al Quraishi as the board’s Chairman for the next three years.
The Saudi firm also appointed Fozan Mohammed Ahmed Al Fozan as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
In the same ordinary general meeting (OGM), Mohamed Galal Ali Fahmy was announced as the Managing Director.
The three officials assumed their new roles for a new term that began on 13 May 2024 and will remain in position until 12 May 2027.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, eXtra recorded estimated net profits valued at SAR 93.86 million, up 11.15% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 84.44 million.
