Dubai – Mubasher: UNIKAI Foods on Monday announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bahrain’s Behzad Group, which specialises in building finishing materials and solutions.
The MoU was signed by UNIKAI’s CEO Neeraj Mohra and Behzad Group’s general manager Steve Sutton, with the attendance of several top executives from both companies, UNIKAI said in a statement.
“UNIKAI is pleased to partner with Behzad Group to become our distributor in Bahrain. We see great potential in the Bahraini FMCG market,” said the UAE company’s chairman Mana Mohammed Saeed Al Mulla.
“We are happy to bring our four main categories of diary, juice, ice-cream, and foods to consumers in the Kingdom through this partnership. Our expectations are high and we are confident that the resultant competition among different players and strong category offerings of UNIKAI will benefit consumers,” the top official added.
