Riyadh – Mubasher: Theeb Rent a Car Company named Mohammed Ahmed Al Theeb as the Chairman of the board for the next three years.
The board members also appointed Riyad Saleh Al Malik as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials were elected for a new board term that commenced on 7 March 2024 and will remain in position until 6 March 2027.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2023, Theeb Rent a Car witnessed 23.60% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 106.54 million, versus SAR 139.44 million.
