Cairo - Mubasher: Youssef Mohamed Medhat Youssef El-Far has increased his stake in Naeem Holding for Investment to 30.24% from 29.91%.
The shareholder accordingly bought 1.15 million of Naeem Holding’s shares at a value of EGP 208,010 or an average share price of EGP 0.18, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Naeem Brokerage acted as a broker in the transaction.
It is worth pointing out that during the first half (H1) of 2022, Naeem Holding registered net profits of $2.80 million, against losses of $1.27 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
