Riyadh – Mubasher: Osool and Bakheet Investment Company has named Abdullah Ibrahim Al Khorayef as the Chairman of the board for the current term.
Al Khorayef assumed his role after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) greenlighted the appointment on 22 January 2024, according to a bourse filing.
The new official succeeded Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Albetari, who resigned from the position last November due to personal reasons.
Earlier this January, Osool and Bakheet Investment secured a SAR 50 million facility deal with Banque Saudi Fransi to back its working capital and issue Islamic payment guarantee letters.
