Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits of Northern Region Cement Company jumped by 26.06% to SAR 81.56 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2024 from SAR 64.70 million in 9M-23.
Revenues amounted to SAR 449.87 million in 9M-24, down 12.51% from SAR 514.23 million in the year-ago period, according to the initial financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.45 as of 30 September 2024 from SAR 0.36 in 9M-23.
Financials for Q3-24
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, the Saudi company recorded a 22.23% year-on-year (YoY) plunge in net profit to SAR 18.16 million, versus SAR 23.35 million.
Northern Region Cement posted revenues standing at SAR 163.23 million in July-September 2024, an annual decline of 6.83% from SAR 175.20 million.
Quarterly, the Q3-24 profits hiked by 54.20% from SAR 11.77 million in Q2-24, while the revenues increased by 10.65% from SAR 147.51 million.
