Riyadh - Mubasher: The National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) appointed Khaled bin Mohammed Al Khudair as the Chairman of the board for three years.
NCLE also named Ibrahim bin Abdelrahman Al Derei as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The two official took over their roles for the session that commenced on 28 February 2024 and will remain in position until 27 February 2027.
It is worth highlighting that the board members greenlighted the two appointments during their meeting that was held on 29 February.
In the September-November 2023 period, the company’s net profits hiked by 20.04% to SAR 31.05 million from SAR 25.87 million during the same period in 2022.
