Riyadh – Mubasher: Horizon Food Company named Yousef bin Abdullah Al Rajhi as the Chairman of the board for the next three years.
Al Rajhi succeeded Alwaleed bin Khaled Alshathri, who resigned from his position last August.
The firm also announced Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Arfaj as the Vice Chairman and the Managing Director, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two officials assumed their roles for the current board term that began on 3 January 2022 and will remain in position until 3 January 2027.
It is worth highlighting that the company’s board members greenlighted the two appointments during their meeting that was held on 12 September 2023.
