Riyadh – Mubasher: Sultan Al Harbi was announced as the CEO of Horizon Food Company as the new CEO, effective from 1 February 2024, according to a bourse filing.
Al Harbi has specialised practical experience in the field of food for over 30 years, as he holds a diploma in sales and marketing from the Institute of Public Administration in the Kingdom.
From 1998 to 2000, the new CEO served as the regional director at Savola Group. He also assumed the same role at the National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) during the period from 2004 to 2010.
Moreover, he has worked at Almarai Company since 2012.
In September 2023, Horizon Food announced Yousef bin Abdullah Al Rajhi and Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Arfaj as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the board, respectively.
