Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Fitaihi Holding Group suggested cash dividends distribution worth SAR 11 million for 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.
The Saudi firm would disburse SAR 0.40 per share, representing 4% of the share nominal value, for 27.50 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the distribution date for the 2022 dividends will be unveiled at a later time.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Fitaihi Holding shifted to net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 3.93 million, against net profits of SAR 154.03 million in 9M-21.
The company generated revenues worth SAR 45.53 million in the January-September 2022 period, an annual plunge of 77.06% from SAR 198.50 million.
Loss per share stood at SAR 0.14 in 9M-22, versus earnings per share (EPS) worth SAR 3.08 in 9M-21.
Last year, Fitaihi Holding’s unit Fitaihi Retail Company sold gold at a value of SAR 2.72 million to International Medical Center (IMC).
