Mubasher: Qatar’s court of first instance rejected a case filed by Dlala Brokerage Company, 99.9%-owned by Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding, against Qatar National Bank (QNB).
The court obliged the implicated litigant Hamad Al Naama to pay QAR 9.34 million ($2.57 million) in addition to QAR 500,000 ($137,322) as a compensation to the brokerage firm, according to Dlala Brokerage’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) on Monday.
During the first nine months of 2018, Dlala Brokerage turned to losses of QAR 16.06 million, from a net profit of QAR 16.13 in the corresponding period in 2017.
Dlala Brokerage’s stock dropped 0.69% to close at QAR 10.09, while QNB’s share fell 0.26% to close QAR 195.48 on Monday.
