Cairo – Mubasher: The standalone financial statements of Ajwa Group for Food Industries – Egypt showed net losses of EGP 6.67 million in the first quarter of 2020, down by 20% from EGP 8.38 million in the year-ago period.
The company’s sales retreated to EGP 58.56 million in the three-month period ended on 31 March from EGP 73.59 million in the same period in 2019, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
It is worth mentioning that in 2019, Ajwa Group Egypt’s standalone net losses widened to EGP 34.64 million from EGP 32.89 million in 2018.
