Cairo – Mubasher: El Wadi for Touristic Investment’s ordinary general meeting ratified Sunday the financial results for the period ended 31 December 2015.
The financial results revealed that net profits for 2015 declined to EGP10.17 million from EGP17.18 million for 2014.
The ordinary meeting decided to retain 2015 earnings.
In addition, the extraordinary general meeting agreed to change the company’s name into El Wadi International for Touristic Investment, expanding as well the scope of business activities to include real estate investments, hotel construction, and the buildup of an integrated hospital.
