Mubasher: Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding on Wednesday posted a 50.9% year-on-year drop in its profits for the fourth quarter of 2017.
The Qatar-based firm's profits reached QAR 520,000 ($142,840) in Q4-17, compared to QAR 1.06 million ($219,200) in the same period a year earlier, according to the company’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).
For the full-year 2017, profits of the brokerage and investment services provider surged 338.2% to QAR 16.65 million versus QAR 3.80 million the year before.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) amounted to QAR 0.59 for the period ended on 31 December 2017 against QAR 0.13 in the previous year, the statement showed.
The company’s board recommended zero dividends for the fiscal year 2017.
