Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Company for Developing Building Materials (LIFT SLAB) on Thursday announced purchasing 16,800 square metres of land in Matrouh governorate.
A project will be built on the plot, whose cost ranges between EGP 42 million and EGP 47 million, within a year, the company said, adding that it expects EGP 115 million in sales.
LIFT SLAB will own 50% of the project, which will increase its profits by around 20%, according to a bourse filing.
