Tanmiah’s subsidiary inks SAR 165m deal to boost expansion strategy

Riyadh – Mubasher: Agricultural Development Company (ADC), a subsidiary of Tanmiah Food Company, penned a SAR 165 million deal with Chengdu Design and Research Institute (CDI).

The two parties will team up to build 100 poultry broiler houses, according to a bourse filing.

The agreement aims to build farms in Saudi Arabia equipped with automation and industry 4.0 technologies on lands owned by ADC.

This aligns with Tanmiah’s expansion strategy in primary processing.

The project is expected to be completed in December 2026 and will reflect on the company’s results in January 2027.

Last month, ADC sealed a contract worth SAR 143 million with Dajin Poultry Company.
